If you have forgotten your password or if it doesn’t workFill in your membership number and choose where you would like the new password to be sent. Click “Send”. After you log in to the service with the password you received, you will be asked to change the password for security reasons. The new password must include 5-12 characters.
Please note: The service for ordering a new password only works if your email and mobile information are up to date in the membership register.
If you do not receive your new password by SMS or e-mail, send us a reset request to email@example.com, if it concerns the Membership 24h service, or, to firstname.lastname@example.org, if it concerns the unemployment fund’s eWertti service.
Include your contact information and membership number in the message. After your password has been reset you can log in to the service just as you would for the first time.
